The breakfast was fine. I liked the low fat options, bagel and yogurt. The pancakes were awful! The room was clean, but the bed did not smell fresh and was rumpled. The bathroom was wonderfully updated and pleasant. The main drawback for me was that I went to the wrong Holiday Inn at first.I didn't understand that I was booked in Hudson, having no idea there were two. The man on duty in the first was very helpful and I was in Hudson in minutes.

The hotel was super clean and very roomy. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming to everyone. The beds were so comfortable I wanted to keep them. And the housekeeping staff was very quiet and didn't disturb us while cleaning other rooms as we were staying 2 nights. The full buffet breakfast was very good and refilled promptly.

Very accessible. Front desk night manager was polite, pleasant and courteous. So were the breakfast room maid.

I specifically asked for two double beds and they tried to give me a king. That didn't work as I was with my daughter. they did get me the two bed room.
